libre planet

Libre Planet is an initiative launched by the Free Software Foundation (FSF) and it's goal is to connect free software supporters in each country.
I've recently joined the Libre Planet Italia community, who is involved in promoting completely free operating systems such as gNewSense, free hardware like Lemote and free network services such as Identica and Libre.fm. The mailing list is the preferred place where you can meet the interesting individuals of this newborn community.

Lilypond logo

Lilypond - a great program for producing wonderful music sheets - allowed me to throw away the last piece of proprietary software still running on my PC. I felt I had to give something back, so I've recently started contributing as italian translator of the huge documentation.
